  2. When submitting an issue to the TSTG please remember to add your child’s name, school, and route number if applicable to help us address your issues.

In the event of an emergency and you are unable to contact the 1. school bus operator; 2. your school; or 3. the transportation unit then please contact the 24 hour emergency call centre listed below.  Someone will be there to answer your call and connect the people that need to be alerted.  Please note that the call centres should only be contacted in the event you are unable to connect with the one of the organizations above and that child safety is at risk.
